Rohini Kumar & Salt and Pepper Tofu
Rohini Kumar is a neuroscience major in the McMurtry class of 2021. She works as a research assistant in the T-SCAN lab exploring the mechanisms underlying emotion regulation, and its relationship with physical and mental health. Over the past year, she has primarily contributed to a project investigating the role of linguistic distancing in emotion regulation and how it relates to various health indicators. Rohini is also passionate about science communication and outreach, especially when it involves working with younger students. In her free time, you can find her dancing or reading an Agatha Christie novel.
