Jay Bethea is the Assistant Director in the Office of Undergraduate Research and Inquiry at Rice University. Her work within higher education is focused on programs and initiatives designed to enhance access and equity in undergraduate research. She earned her B.A. in History, Ancient Mediterranean Civilizations, and Classical Studies from Rice University and is pursuing a M.A. in Higher Education at Sam Houston State University.
