Elucidating the Functional and Molecular Consequences of IDH Alterations in Gliomagenesis Using Crispr/Cas9 Technology
Research Areas
The recent focus of our research has been on specific chromatin modifying alterations involved in the development of diffusely infiltrating gliomas. We're also studying how unique transcriptional signatures drive the process of brain metastasis. Finally, we are employing molecular profiling to refine brain tumor classification, and explore links with germline genetics and clinical outcome measures.
