SURF Mentoring

Potential projects/topics: The proposed project will be an introduction to mathematics resebe an individualized 1-on-1 reading with the mentor (me) on an advanced topic in analysis or geometry. The mentee will be responsible for preparing a weekly update, writing up what they have learned, and completing problem sets. Potential skills gained: Learning LaTex. Learning fundamental theory in Analysis and Geometry. Learning how to research independently

Required qualifications or skills: Some proof based courses. Ideally analysis and linear algebra. Heavily preferred math major.
