The Naik Lab specializes in nanophotonics – a border where optics meets nanotechnology to deliver optical devices with unprecedented functionalities. Our research is interdisciplinary spreading across physics, materials, chemistry, and engineering. While we push the frontiers of knowledge through scientific exploration, we develop novel technologies that impact our society. Current research efforts in the Naik lab focuses on novel techniques for energy conversion and storage, imaging and chemical detection.
