Potential projects/topics:
Statistical Learning: Topics might vary depending on the interests of the students but in general the purpose of the project would be to learn about statistical learning and produce a written report to have a first-hand experience doing research.
Stochastic Processes: Topics might vary depending on the interests of the students but in general the purpose of the project would be to learn about stochastic processes and produce a written report to have a first-hand experience doing research.
Bayesian Inference: Topics might vary depending on the interests of the students but in general the purpose of the project would be to learn about bayesian inference and produce a written report to have a first-hand experience doing research.
Potential skills gained: Leadership, self-learning, research organization
Required qualifications: Mathematical skills are strongly recommended. Therefore people from careers with mathematics as a foundation will be the most suited for these projects.
