Research Areas
My research focuses on developing models to explore chromatin dynamics and function. I am interested in understanding how the genome is organized in different organisms and how chromosomes change shapes in various stages of the cell cycle. I am also interested in investigating protein folding and engineering, focused on developing methods to predict epitopes for immunization strategies and to predict mutations to increase enzymes' thermostability.
